Vesuvius is an exercise set which includes four distinct pieces of exercise equipment which each focus on different areas of the body. The set includes a Royal Triple Station Rower which simulates the experience of paddling an actual canoe. The three rowers can even try to row the oars in unison like competitive rowers do. There is a Royal Triple Station Leg Press, where three users can stretch and strengthen their legs. The Royal Triple Station Chest Press provides great pectoral exercise with its overhead bars. Finally the Royal Triple Station Sit Up Bench will spot users as they lay on the bench to do sit ups. The ‘Royal’ models each include detailed instructions complete with pictures next to each station, making it easy for beginners and experts alike to use these structures with ease.
